Cushman & Wakefield

In 2014, Cushman & Wakefield wanted a marketing portal that would help create and produce marketing materials with ease both for their marketing team and their agents. My role for that project as lead designer was to advise and design the platform's interface to be intuitive and easy to use for their less tech savy agents. I participated in the entire process of this project from user research, to wireframes, design, engineering and QA testing. I also acted as advisor for their marketing team and was in charge of reviewing their marketing material templates to ensure that all the requirements were met for new template submissions.

Since it's successful launch in 2014, the marketing portal has been used by thousands of real estate brokers to create and manage all their marketing needs, from marketing material creation to mailing list management and reporting analysis. However after 5 successful years, the technology behind the product has evolved and the interface design was outdated and lacked a lot of modern UX interactions.

The Goal

Conduct research with marketing portal users to determine the most important features and redesign the marketing portal to ensure the interface is user friendly and incorporates modern UX interactions that allows non-tech savy agents to quickly complete create their marketing materials.
